1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if your order meets the following criteria:
• Defective or Damaged Products: If the item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping.
• Order Errors: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.
General Conditions:
• Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the order.
• A restocking fee of 17.21% of the product price will be deducted from the refund for all eligible returns, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items purchased on sale or at a discount (final sale).
• Customized or made-to-order items.
• Gift cards.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue (attach photos if necessary).
2. Return the Item
• If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
3. Inspection & Approval
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.
4. Return Shipping Fees
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The item is defective.
• An incorrect item was sent.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
5. Restocking Fee
• A restocking fee of 17.21% of the product price will be applied to all returns, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
